The Edmonton Public Library's Stanley A. Milner branch (downtown) has microfilm reels of the Edmonton Journal from 1903 onward. Unfortunately there is no index for the time period you are researching, so the reel would have to be searched manually for an article about the Highlands CL Hall. If you are able to come into the library our staff would be happy to help you view the reel and make a paper copy if you wish.
