The basic answer is: Traditionally Rome is said to be
founded on 7 hills. In reality, these are not actually
distinct hills but more like ridges. The names of the seven
hills are as follows:
Palatine Hill; Capitoline Hill; Quirinal Hill; Viminal
Hill; Esquiline Hill; Caelian Hill; Aventine Hill; Pincian
Hill; Janiculum and Vatican Hill.
Thanks again and good luck in future searches.
