Hi, What are the different avenues I can file a complaint
through e-mail to obtain my aeroplan that was not deposited
into the customer’s account? Please provide me e-mail
addresses of Aeroplan’s customer complaint e-mail address,
Better Business Bureau, Edmonton Regulating body that
watches over travel agencies dishonest business conducts,
Senior advocacy groups to help seniors who has been
financially taken advantage of and etc. Also, I would like
to reach the media. But I would like to know the e-mail
addresses of the consumer advocacy groups in Edmonton T.V.
channels or radio channels i.e. Trouble Shooter with Valerie
Ozcowski or People Helper. I am representing these seniors
who are illiterate (not senile) and their legal guardian.
For the last 5-10 years, these seniors have been buying
return (2 way) Air Canada tickets from Edmonton to Vancouver
for yearly Vancouver visits. These seniors bought return
flight Air Canada tickets at a small Edmonton travel agency
where the travel agent speaks and comes from the same ethnic
background as the senior for communication purposes. I
helped the seniors apply for an Aeroplan account. I taught
the senior to bring their Aeroplan card with them when
paying at the travel agency their Air Canada tickets.
Aeroplan e-mails me these senior account updates regularly.
Unfortunately, I have been busy with my own life and did not
check diligently to make sure Aeroplan miles have been
deposited. When I went with the senior to a Caucasian travel
agent, I noticed the Aeroplan miles were deposited into the
seniors account. But for the last 5-10 years, the seniors
themselves went to a travel agent within their own ethnic
community. The ethnic travel agent claims that she has
deposited the Aeroplan miles into the seniors account, but
e-mail updates from Aeroplan states 0 miles accumulated.
Because the ethnic travel agent did not diligently deposit
the Aeroplan miles into the seniors account every year, the
previous Aeroplan miles have been erased from their account.
Aeroplan accounts if there is no movement within the account
in a year the miles are erased. This problem wouldn’t
occur if this ethnic travel agent was honest and deposited
the seniors Aeroplan miles into their account as she was
supposed to do. I have a very strong hunch the ethnic travel
agent took advantage of non-English speaking (not senile)
seniors and deposited the Aeroplan miles into her own
account or into her friends and family’s Aeroplan account.
Please advise what I should do to e-mail this customer
complaint to the appropriate authorities, so these
illiterate seniors would be able to obtain their old
Aeroplan miles back (old accumulated Aeroplan miles and the
new Aeroplan miles that should be deposited into the seniors

I am a condo owner. Recently there has been a leak in the
ceiling of my bathroom. The Condo Association had to cut a
