I have just purchased an old mobile home and am
considering updating the interior. part of that may be
expanding the half bath to include a shower. Hand in hand
with this, I would like to consider installing an on-demand
hot water unit and remove the hot water tank. Is this
possible? I assume all hot water lines will be routed direct
through the new unit if it is possible to do so without
major renovations. As for tne a new shower, can I tie into
the main drain and for the unit and into the existing vent
or would a new vent be required depending on configuration
and distance etc? Thanks (this is a 1968 unit in Arizona so
no worry about freezing )

Hi there, I bought a 2008 Toyota Matrix a few months ago.
The maintenance sticker on the corner says that my oil
change is due at an interval of 9000 Km. Is this correct? I
am at about 5000 now. They told me that it had synthetic oil
in it and i know that the synthetic gets changed less often.
I know some people have their filter changed more regularly
than the oil. How often do you recommend having synthetic
oil changed in a 2008 Matrix? Should I have the filter
changed at a different interval than the oil? Thanks a lot!

I wanted to know the answer to this question for a long
time. You know how there are cranes when a new building is
being constructed? It is those cranes that look like a
letter "T". Well, when the building is finished or is no
longer needed, how is the horizontal part of the "T" of the
crane taken care of? That is, does the "T" fold up? Does
another crane, a taller crane, come and "pick up" the
smaller crane? Regardless, how is the smaller crane removed
when no longer needed or the building is finished
construction?
