wondering if I can splice into my dryers 220 system to run
a line for a stove in the basement or do I need a seperate

Part A: Is there a safety rule/code/standard regarding how
many electrical cords can plug into an electrical panel in
the wall (excluding the use of powerbars)? For example, if
there are only 2 plug-ins for every socket, is it unsafe to
plug in more than two devices using a 3-way octopus plug

Part B: Using a powerbar, if there are only 5 plug-ins, what
is the safety rule/code/standard as to how many would be
