That's a 25% interest and would be considered loansharking!This is over and above condo fees they keep increasing yearly even though the economy has taken a dive and they have not improved any services, making it impossible to try to sell! They have also left disrepair for over 6 months due to flooding from the apt. above and have done nothing to fix it!I feel like I have no rights!It's worse than renting!
