Good afternoon. I have a friend's grandmother who lives in Edmonton. I understand that your library provides online access for your members. If my friend's grandmother comes in to set up an account, is there someone there that might be able to assist her with setting up an email account? Or are there any services for seniors within Edmonton that may be more appropriate in assisting with setting up electronic email. I live in Washington, and my friend lives in California, otherwise we would walk her through the process. Her main use of the internet service would be to communicate and receive pictures from her grand daughter and mother. Thank you.

I am going to print a picture off the computer of my family crest, I can choose the picture to be either 150DPI, 300DPI or 600DPI. I will be giving the picture to my tattoo artist to trace it and then obviously tattoo me with it. He says he needs it as clean and crisp as possible. What DPI number from above should I choose? Still having trouble accessing e-books. I have installed OverDrive Media Console' I have Windows Media Player. I installed Adobe Reader for digital books but when I tried to access it again I forgot my ID password. I tried to retrieve it to no avail. I downloaded 1-2 books, clicked on the title(s), entered library card # and PIN, confirmed check-out and downloaded at least one e-book, I have or had one on my hard drive. Nothing happens.
