How do I check-out and download an eBook? The "Help" says to click the "Book It" link from the "Details" page for a book, but there is no "Book It" link on the "Details" page.

I am trying to download a library book to my Kobo. I can get it on the computer but not on the Kobo. Are there instructions somewhere for how to do this?

When I down load books onto my IPad 2 from the E library via overdrive I only get the top half of the first page in each chapter. When I try the contact link on the help page nothing happens. I tried the online chat but she just referred me to the E library help pages which provided no answers. Who should I contact about this and how?

I cannot get a straight answer to this from Apple. Can I download on-line EBooks from CPL to an iPad2? My current approach is from the CPL web site, directly into Adobe Digital Editions and thence into a Kobe eReader. But I believe Adobe and Apple are incompatible. Have you come across this question before? Frank

I downloaded a book onto my sony e reader and have been reading it for several days. The book is from the library. When I went to open it today, it gave me this error message: Protected by Digital Rights Movement and would not open. I've only had the book for three days. Help? What do I do now? Can I recover this book or should I just reorder it from the library?

I just tried to use the timblebooks on my ipadand was quite unsuccessful. I selected an iPad tumble book to view and it said to click on the video to start, but there was no start button to click on and nothing happened. I tried it with several books so it isn't just one title that this happened with. Is there anything that we need to download/install for this to work? Thanks!! [name deleted]

Hello, I'm just wondering why there is no "return" button attached to the "OverDrive Shelf" when borrowing Ebooks. I currently have a book out on my sons account and can't return it before the expiry date. It would definitely speed up the availabilty of Ebooks for other readers if you were to add a "return" button to the database. Thank you. Norma Kennedy

I have spent hours trying to find the software to download to my blackberry playbook so that I can download ebooks. As an Engineer who has used to some of the most advanced systems in the industy I still cannot find it on your site. Baffles me and many other people I found out. Why do they make it so difficult? On this site - http://calgarypubliclibrary.com/books-more/e-library There should be a link to downloadable software for your portable device. I dont see one. Your help would greatly be appreciated.
