My son started dating this girl 3 and a half years ago.
She was pregnant when he met her, but he stayed with her
anyway. He has been raising her child as his own since the
day she was born. He loves her as though she were his own.
Our whole family loves her as our own. My son is the only
daddy that this little girl knows and she loves him. She
calls him daddy. She is 3 years old now. He got engaged to
the mother last year. However, last month he found out that
she was cheating on him. She is now in trouble legally
because of the affair. She is a social worker who works in a
group home. She was having an affair with one of the boys
who lives in the group home. I'm not sure if he's 17 or 18
years of age. My son has broken up with her, but he still
wants the little girl in his life, as before. However, the
mother won't allow him or any of us to see her. Does he have
any rights since he's been there since day one? I would
appreciate any help that you can give me. Thank you. Cheryl

I asked this question, request 71465 to which i got an
insufficient answer. What are the second and third count
numbers per candidatefrom the Alberta Provincial General
Election held in theelectoral district of Peace River on
August 22, 1935? Thefinal count was completed on September
3, 1935. The answer i got being "Hi and thank you for your
AAQ about the electoralresults for Peace River in the 1935
election. According to awebsite sponsored by Alberta
Heritage there were only twocounts. Following is the link to
that website:
http://www.abheritage.ca/abpolitics/administration/maps_choice.php?Year=1935&Constit=Peace_River
I hope you find this information helpful and thank youfor
using AAQ." What I need is the full counts avaliable from a
news paper source I don't have access to that is most likely
in the Peace River Record-Gazette. In an issue between
August 22, 1935 and September 3, 1935. The Alberta Heritage
Community Foundation Source only has the final count, which
is the fourth count and the first count. It does not contain
the detailed vote transfer numbers per candidate. I presume
the Peace River library would likely have this information.
Thank you.

Has anyone ever legally been named God in (a) Alberta (b)
Canada (c) North America (d) Planet Earth prior to my recent
legal name change? The Alberta government said that there
has been several in Alberta but I find that unlikely as you
would think that sort of thing would stick out and also it
just seemed like they were trying to save face. Most
christian counties have certain rules about what names are
banned and God is one of those names and I am just wondering
if I was able to get around that ban because of my reasoning
that it is a Christian rule and that Canada now a multi
cultural society and that there are already people called
Bhagwan (meaning god incarnate) and a plethora of other
indian Gods. Please let me know although I would imagine it
may be impossible to find out such details as name changes
would be kept private from the general public. I just do not
know and am curious.

Charged with Sec 254 of CCC: "Failure to provide sample".
Apparently, this is difficult to defend in court because you
are GUILTY first, and the onus is on the accused to prove
his innocence. My situation is simple. Was pulled over for a
No Contact order breach. Officer said I smell alcohol. I
said I was not drinking. Agree to provide breath sample.
After several failed attempts to "blow" properly, I was
charged under this section. Was my first breathalyzer ever.
Sincerely tried to blow as instructed. Don't know what I was
doing wrong. Can you provide any previous cases online,
similiar to mine, and any idea how I can defend myself? This
happened in July 2009.
