I am a condo owner. Recently there has been a leak in the
ceiling of my bathroom. The Condo Association had to cut a
hole in my ceiling ( 2'x2')in order to fix the waterline
which had ruptured. I am told it is my responsibility to pay
for the drywall and painting. Is this true? I did not cause
the damage and feel the Condo Association should be
responsible for the repair to my bathroom and it should be
left in the same condition it was before the leak. Your
input into this situation would be greatly appreciated.

provides the property description. Is there another source

the court house was closed. the next day, i called the court

I need to understand what time frame is meant by the
phrase "as soon as possible" I entered an agreement with a
family friend - they took 3 years to do their part of the
"as soon as possible" agreement. I accommodated them. Now
they are seeking a fixed date for my completion of what I
agree to do "as soon as possible". Circumstances have
changed in the three years from the agreement. Is there a

Can you suggest what is the best way for me to request for
current Law School Admission Test(LSAT) books, so I have
access to them when I study for LSAT during the summer when
I finish all my university exams? I don't have money to buy
new LSAT books. Is there a work around for my current
problem? When I put on hold new LSAT books they arrive right
away. But I am not ready to study LSAT, yet. During the
summer when I am ready to study LSAT the request or hold
list for current LSAT books are very long. By the time my
name is in cue to borrow the most current LSAT book, it is
usually past the summer exam date. For current copies of
LSAT or MCAT can I access them through EPL on-line or e-book
using my active EPL libary card #? Also, any on-line or
e-book saves me time from going to and from the library to
get the physical books. Thank you.
