i do not know if i am pregnant but i have this feeling and now i am having cramps in the lower area of my stomach and private areas and i have started to spot.when i was carring my son i had what was called a threatened miscariage but everything was fine.im just wondering if its the same thind and what i should do?i have no phone to call anyone and no car so i cant go to the hospital at 12 at night unless i call 911 on my none working phone or walk the 15 blocks.the only reason i think i might be pregnant is because other then this spotting i have missed 2 months and i have some of the early symptoms.

I am trying for a baby, I think I might be but my period isn't due for 11 days yet,I have extremely tender nipples and tender breasts. I have a stitch type pain in my lower tummy and a slight back ache. Is there a chance I could be pregnant already?
